Benefits
Immediate Value
Begin using it today. Setup DraftOnce yourself, or we can do it for you.
Speed
Dramatically reduce cycle-time to produce documents. Whether one document or an entire set of documents.
Quality
Produce flawless documents every time. Eliminate search and replace errors, using wrong pronouns, and fighting to get the formatting correct.
Compliance
Every document produced is fully compliant and always uses the latest, approved language.
Simplicity
We call it radical simplicity. New hires can be productive on day one. Zero learning curve and field-level help guide users every step of the way.
How DraftOnce Works
-
After signing on, users select an interview to prepare one document or a set of documents. For procurement, a set might be all documents that comprise an RFP. For law firms, a set might be all documents associated with estate planning.
-
Users answer questions. Next to each question is a help bubble that’s there to guide users with as much or as little help as they want. Answers populate fields and determine what should be included in each document.
-
DraftOnce uses the answers to complete the documents. Answers to some questions may drive conditional logic, for example, which clauses or attachments to include as part of a document. DraftOnce can perform calculations, size tables automatically, and handle any complexity of formatting and assembly logic.
-
Click to download one or more documents or send them to Box, Dropbox, Drive, and other places. Optionally, download with MS Word redlines turned on to see all edits and speed final reviews.
Pricing and Getting Started
Simple, Per-User Pricing
We bill monthly.
There is no commitment, cancel anytime and your subscription ends at the end of that month’s billing cycle.
If you want to pay annually, we take 10% off of the subscription price.
Includes Every Feature
We don’t hold back. Every feature is included and there are no limits as to how many documents you may create.
One thing we don’t offer is a free trial. We invest in every one of our clients (see column to the right). As we invest in the success of your document automation, we need a small commitment from you.
Easy Setup
Three Options
Do It Yourself: We provide a private online training session to get you going and help desk support if you have questions along the way. This starts when you pay for your first month. Our training is good; after the one-hour session, you should expect to spend two more hours and have a set of documents ready to go in DraftOnce.
Hybrid: You provide the final content, and we do the setup. Send us your documents in MS Word format. We’ll review them for complexity and send you a fixed price quote. Most Hybrid Setups work out to about $60/page, but it depends; sometimes higher, sometimes (rarely) lower.
One-Stop Shop: You provide examples of what you want, and we work with your team to create final content and set it up in DraftOnce. We do it all including writing, simplification, branding, creating clause libraries and templates, working extensively with your team (including Legal), change management, training, and handling ongoing edits. We tailor each support package to the specific needs of each client.
